Doors, drawer boxes and cut cabinet parts — for the shops that build cabinets.
Custom-sized hardwood doors and drawer fronts, dovetail drawer boxes, and CNC-cut parts for standard cabinet boxes — made by the same shop that builds Rigel Cabinetry. Order online through your customer portal, or send us a parts list for a quote.
Three product lines, one shop
Hardwood doors, sized to the sixteenth
Pick a style set, a species and a size in the portal and the price is quoted on the spot. Five-piece cope-and-stick and mitered doors, matching five-piece or slab drawer fronts, and veneer slabs — every one built to the dimensions you type in, not the nearest stock size.
Dovetail drawer boxes, any size
Enter width, depth and height in the portal and we build the box to it. Solid-wood sides with dovetailed corners and a captured bottom, ready for your undermount or side-mount slides. Order them unfinished, or have them clear-coated in our finish shop before they ship.
- Sized to your order — to the 1/16″, with notching and boring for the slides you specify.
- Species to match your doors — [maple, alder, hickory, walnut and more].
- Priced by size — the portal shows the price as you enter dimensions, with finishing as a line-item option.
- Ships with your doors — combine doors, drawer fronts and boxes on one order.
Every part of a framed cabinet box, by parts list
Order by cabinet — “forty B18s’ worth of sides and decks, twenty W1536 backs” — and we nest and cut the parts to that standard size. Left and right sides are ordered separately because the drilling and joinery differ. Face frames arrive assembled and square.

Built by a cabinet shop, not a parts broker
Rigel Components is a division of Rigel Cabinetry — Amish-crafted custom cabinetry made in Burr Oak, Michigan. The parts you order come off the same CNC, the same programs and the same crew that build our own cabinets every day.
- Cabinet Vision–driven cutting. Proven programs for every standard cabinet, not one-off setups.
- Solid-hardwood face frames, assembled by hand and shipped square.
- Honest pricing tied to what we actually pay for material — when plywood moves, so does the catalog.
- Made in the USA, shipped from southwest Michigan.
Priced as you order. Bigger part orders cost less per piece.
Doors and drawer boxes are priced by size and species the moment you configure them in the portal. Cabinet-part panels are priced from the size of the part, our real material cost per square foot, and a one-time setup fee for that type of part. Face frames are priced the same way, from the hardwood in the frame and the labor to assemble it.
+ markup
+ setup fee for that part type
| Cabinet parts on the order | Setup fee charged |
|---|---|
| 1 – 24 pieces | Full fee |
| 25 – 99 pieces | [70%] of fee |
| 100 + pieces | [45%] of fee |
Breaks apply to the setup fee on plywood box parts: sides, decks, backs, web frames, toe kicks, nailers and shelves. They count every cabinet part on the order, so a full pallet earns its break however it’s mixed. Face frames, doors and drawer boxes aren’t discounted by volume; the hand assembly in each one takes as long on the hundredth as on the first. Current pricing is available to registered customers in the portal.
